This New York headquartered law firm are currently seeking a US qualified Tax associate to join their London office. The successful candidate will work on a range of tax matters in relation to fund formation, private equity/M&A deals and finance transactions, supporting the firm's premier private equity and funds practices. They will work directly with a Special Counsel in the London office, as well as key partners in the US.

They are ideally looking for someone from another US law firm, Magic Circle firm or a Tax Associate from one of the Big 4 Accounting firms, with top academics and experience. They will consider applicants from London, or those who are looking to relocate to London from the US.
