# Life Sciences Solicitor

You will advise life sciences and technology‑focused clients on a broad range of commercial, IP and regulatory matters. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include IP licensing and partnering transactions, clinical trial agreements, research collaboration arrangements, commercial contracts, life sciences regulatory issues and data protection.

The Role

Skills Required

- Applications are sought from Life Sciences Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained in a large regional or City firm, or in‑house.

- This opportunity will suit a commercially minded and technically strong lawyer who enjoys working across a wide range of complex matters.

- Proven experience advising life sciences or technology‑based clients.

- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

- Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions‑focused approach.

- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
