FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Part 1 Architectural Assistant to work on a variety of interesting projects for one to two years. The position is full-time, based in Camden, London. Responsibilities include drawing and sketching design solutions, developing schemes using 2D and 3D software, producing 3D images, creating physical models, preparing reports and presentations, and researching products and materials.

[Employer hidden] is a busy Architecture and Interior Design studio based in Camden requiring an enthusiastic and talented Part 1 Architectural Assistant to work on a variety of interesting projects for one to two years.

[Employer hidden] is a friendly, supportive and hard working studio, and we welcome applicants that are keen to become part of the studio’s cultural life. Part 1 team members are involved in a variety of work, from concept design, model making, project delivery to procurement and improving office systems and marketing. The position is full-time, and the candidate will be expected to work full time from our studio in Camden, London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drawing and sketching design solutions by hand
  • Developing schemes using 2D and 3D using Microstation, Revit, Rhino and sketch up
  • Producing 3D images with rendering packages including Enscape
  • Creating 3D physical models
  • Preparing reports and design presentations
  • Researching products, materials, buildings etc as directed
  • Opportunity to work in close addition to the Directors and senior members of [Employer hidden]’ team

Essential skills:

  • Fluent user of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to produce high quality visual output in line with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and other 3D CAD packages and rendering packages including Enscape
  • Proven abilities in physical model making
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
