About the role

We are seeking talented, design focused Architect to join our London or Bristol studio.  We are interested in strong, well-rounded architect who are passionate about high quality design. Ideally, you will have a few years’ experience working as a qualified architect with evidence of strong conceptual design skills.

You will have a good balance of design and technical skills. You will be a strong Creative suite and Revit user, with an aptitude to share knowledge and mentor junior team members. Your portfolio will reflect your design skills on a range of projects.

You will be a team player, able to work productively in design teams, with experience of projects from inception to completion. You will also be able to demonstrate a collaborative team-working style and work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds, be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

About you

Offering a design focused role to support project leadership. Ambitious, have a passion for good design and enjoy working with clients to achieve their ambition. We are offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of creative project solutions within a team focussed on the design and delivery of outstanding projects. We are looking for:

  • Design focused architect with strong project inception skills
  • Demonstrable track record of developing design concepts, understanding early design decisions and their impact in later stages
  • Excellent communication skills, drawing and verbal
  • Enjoys collaborative working with clients and wider team
  • Contributes and leads design quality across a small team through critical thinking, precedent research, and iterative exploration
  • Experience of leading a project through design stages, from concept to detailed design
  • Mentors junior staff through design reviews and informal guidance
  • Enjoys wider contribution to studio culture beyond project work
