About the Role:
Duties & This role will provide you with an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy, with significant career progression opportunities. Responsibilities You will have knowledge and experience of delivering water and/or wastewater projects including pipelines, treatment plants and pumping stations through the detailed design process.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering design and technical outputs of projects or service areas to meet the client’s brief.
- Prepare technical documentation, issuing designs, documents, approvals, and reports.
- Deliver detailed design engineering solutions, drawings, and specifications.
- Be the contact for the client, contractors, and other relevant project consultants.
- Deliver technical excellence and innovation across the project team.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to optimise the resource and demand balance.
- Work in collaboration with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Ensure that delivery is achieved in accordance with AMCEs management systems including Health and Safety, project, and risk management.

Qualifications for Role:
Qualifications - Essential (i.e. the qualities an applicant needs to be able to do the job)

- Chartered Engineer (or working towards).
- BEng in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience in a similar environment.
- Previous experience at an engineering-based consultancy.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit.
