Role Description

Qualification
- Proficiency in providing support services, including caring for individuals with diverse needs - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members - Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and standards to ensure client safety and protection - Experience with technical support associated with care, such as using mobility aids or equipment - Adept at maintaining accurate records and following care plans - Relevant training or certification in health and social care is beneficial - Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing a high standard of care
