We're looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Hatchery Engineering Team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with automated machinery, and improving equipment performance, this role offers long-term stability, variety, and the chance to make a real impact across two modern hatchery sites.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and repair hatchery machinery and vehicles.
- Lead fault-finding and re-engineering activities on automated equipment.
- Support contractor management and installation projects.
- Carry out statutory inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor energy usage using BMS systems.
- Assist with spare parts management and stock control.
- Provide callout support across both sites.
What We're Looking For:
- Time/Skill-Served Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) – Electrical Bias essential.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills on automated machinery.
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
- Good reasoning, organisation, and IT skills.
- 17th/18th Edition.
