Enviroclean is seeking an experienced Tanker Operations Manager to lead their tanker division. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality, managing budgets and schedules, and leading tanker teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tanker teams on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate and oversee all works
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage budgets, schedules, and workforce allocation across multiple projects
- Prepare reports, risk assessments, and method statements
- Drive performance improvements and support team training and development
- Ensure all works are completed to technical standards and environmental requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (or equivalent if outside the UK)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
