Care and Support Worker (Part-Time – Weekends)

This flexible part-time position is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other responsibilities. We also have full-time roles available for those interested in more hours.

As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to provide tailor-made care that helps individuals live independently in their own homes—while supporting them to stay connected with what matters most in their lives and communities.

Your Mission

To be the face of Faith’s Walk—delivering high-quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to live well and do more of what they love.

You will:

• Provide companionship, home help, and personal care.
• Support clients with tasks impacted by age, mobility, illness, memory loss, or recovery.
• Encourage clients to explore self-care options, use assistive technologies, and engage with community activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and improved quality of life.

Working Conditions

• Community-based role — delivering care in clients’ homes or sheltered housing.
• Day and night shifts available.
• Weekend-only shifts for this role (other schedules available upon request).

Requirements

• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey
• Driving preferred (we pay mileage for car drivers)
