### Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client assessments and care plan reviews to ensure services meet changing needs - Develop person-centred care plans based on individual needs, preferences, and risk assessments - Support and supervise care staff, including conducting spot checks and competency assessments - Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff; assist with staff training and development - Undertake on-call duties on a shared rota basis (including weekends and evenings) - Monitor the quality of care delivery, ensuring compliance with [Employer hidden] policies and CQC standards - Perform care visits as required, especially in emergency situations or during staff shortages - Liaise with healthcare professionals, service users, and family members to ensure coordinated care - Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date - Assist the management team with recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance monitoring

### Essential Requirements: - Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle - Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and alternate weekends - Previous experience in care, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role - Strong organisational and communication skills - Confident using digital systems for care planning and record-keeping - Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team

### Desirable Qualifications & Experience: - Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care (or working towards) - Previous experience in a Care Supervisor or similar role - Experience delivering or supporting training for care staff - Knowledge of CQC regulations and the care inspection process - Familiarity with the local Blackburn area and its care services
