Your Role
- Own and Resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, keeping communication clear and users informed.
- Manage incidents, request, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels.
- Work collaboratively within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the entire business, supporting configuration, testing and change delivery.
- Oversee middleware integrations, ensuring data moves securely and reliably between platforms.
- Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability.
- Protect data integrity across systems and take action to address discrepancies or recurring issues.
- Support structured testing, release and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying process gaps and recommending smarter ways of working.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
