£40,800 OTE £44,880 - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Head Office - Slough – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Friday

Your Role

  • Own and Resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, keeping communication clear and users informed.
  • Manage incidents, request, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels.
  • Work collaboratively within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the entire business, supporting configuration, testing and change delivery.
  • Oversee middleware integrations, ensuring data moves securely and reliably between platforms.
  • Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability.
  • Protect data integrity across systems and take action to address discrepancies or recurring issues.
  • Support structured testing, release and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying process gaps and recommending smarter ways of working.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
