About the role

As Interim VP of People & Culture, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture and supporting comprehensive people strategy and ops. Your mission will include a small people function, enhancing employee engagement, fostering learning and development, and championing diversity and inclusion. This role will collaborate across the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in all elements of People and Culture at [Employer hidden].

A People leader that combines strategic and operational experience in rapidly scaling environments. You will combine operational excellence with the ability to influence at all levels with a passion in building and establishing high performing, values driven teams.
