About the Role:
We are currently looking for skilled Carpenters and Construction Workers to join our dynamic team at [Employer hidden] Group. Salary: £17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
For Carpenters:
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials for construction projects.
- Installing structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
- Repairing and maintaining existing wooden structures.
- Collaborating with other trades to ensure smooth project completion.
For Construction Workers:
- Assisting in various construction tasks, including demolition, site preparation, and clean-up.
- Operating and maintaining construction equipment and machinery.
- Following safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Supporting skilled tradesmen in completing their work efficiently.
- Performing general labor tasks as needed on construction sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry or general construction work.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques relevant to the role.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction work are a plus.
