### Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.
• Measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper or fabric to walls.
• Estimating the quantity of materials needed for a project.
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols while working on site.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

### Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and how to select, mix, and apply them.
• Solid understanding of surface preparation techniques.
• Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
