Avantis Group is a leading engineering and technical services provider supporting complex marine, energy, and industrial projects worldwide. We’re expanding our dynamic engineering team and are looking for a Graduate Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and technical excellence.

The Role

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering projects across the marine, offshore, and energy sectors. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to design, analysis, and commissioning activities, with opportunities to travel to shipyards and client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior engineers in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Assist with project documentation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Participate in condition assessments, failure investigations, and technical reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within engineering projects.
  • Engage with clients and suppliers to support project delivery.

About You

  • Recently graduated (or due to graduate) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally at Master’s level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short project assignments.
