Dental Practice Manager – Full-Time | Mixed Practice | Spalding, Lincolnshire
Job Ref: 38698 We are recruiting for an experienced GDC-registered Dental Practice Manager to join a busy and well-established 4-surgery mixed NHS & Private practice in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially aware manager to take ownership of operations, compliance, and performance while working closely with the Principal.
Practice Details
- 4 surgery mixed NHS & Private practice - Software: SOE (Exact) - Free on-site parking - 37.5 hours per week - Monday–Friday (flexible working times)
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day practice operations - Lead CQC compliance and maintain inspection readiness - Monitor UDA delivery and clinician KPIs - Manage rotas and maximise chair utilisation - Financial oversight & bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) - Stock control and supplier management - Support private growth and patient journey
Requirements
- GDC Registered (essential) - Previous dental practice management experience - Management qualification (Level 4/5 or working towards) - Strong understanding of UDA contracts and KPI performance - Organised, proactive, and confident leader
