Marketing Executive at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] in London - Hybrid

About [Employer hidden]

[Employer hidden] makes investing powerfully simple.

In a market crowded with complexity, we focus on what works: unbeatable value, effortless automation, and easy-to-use, diversified ETF portfolios. With over £2billion invested, an award-winning service, and a passionate team - we’re just getting started.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to help fuel our next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role where you’ll help craft compelling content and communications across every stage of the customer journey. You’ll get involved in everything from campaign planning to social content, creative development, copywriting, reporting, and more.

You’ll play a key part in our ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across the full brand and content mix, with support from our 12-strong marketing team.

You’ll use a mixture of creative, analytical and project management skills to contribute ideas on what to do next, executing those ideas, and running analysis on how they performed

That includes:

  • Organic and paid social – Create and schedule engaging, social-fist content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, with the help of our content and design teams
  • Email and in-app messaging – Craft clear, useful and engaging communications to support customer engagement, product or campaign launches
  • Website content and landing pages – Help improve how we communicate our brand proposition and convert visitors across the site
  • PR – Support campaign ideas and delivery
  • Creative development – Brief and work with designers, or create assets using tools like Canva or Figma
  • Analytics and reporting – Track performance across channels and campaigns, helping us learn and improve

You’ll need to be flexible, curious and collaborative – ready to get stuck in wherever the business needs you most.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in marketing and/or how brands communicate
  • Is creative, and is keen to develop their copywriting and social content creation skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly and adapts their message for different audiences
  • Has an interest personal finance and investing and wants to learn more
  • Is analytical and likes working out why something worked (or didn’t)
  • Is a natural problem solver, and is comfortable asking questions and figuring things out. Isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know”.
  • Takes initiative, sees things through, and gets things done

Whether you’ve just graduated or are looking for your first full-time role in marketing, we’re more interested in your attitude than your experience.

How We Work

We’re a lean, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the responsibility to follow through, and the backing of a team that values clear thinking and open dialogue. We believe in solving problems at the root, not just treating the symptoms.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working with 1–2 days a week in our central London office.
  • Option to work remotely from anywhere for up to 3 months per year
  • A flat structure, open culture, and real autonomy
  • Fast-paced learning and meaningful career development
  • A passionate team, big ambition, and plenty of room to grow
  • The opportunity to help shape the [Employer hidden] brand
