[Employer hidden] makes investing powerfully simple.

In a market crowded with complexity, we focus on what works: unbeatable value, effortless automation, and easy-to-use, diversified ETF portfolios. With over £2 billion invested, an award-winning service, and a passionate team - we’re just getting started.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnership Executive to join our team to help manage our relationships with influencers, affiliates and key industry third-parties.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage relationships with [Employer hidden]’s influencer & affiliate partnerships including:

  • Owning regular communication with each partner
  • Keeping our partners up to date with new initiatives and content ideas
  • Reviewing content that partners create to ensure it meets our brand goals and compliance rules
  • Reporting on partner effectiveness including CPA, conversion rates and customer quality generated

- Prospect new influencer & affiliate partners for [Employer hidden] to work with

  • Presenting relevant partner opportunities including commercial details

- Support relationships with Asset Manager partners such as JP Morgan to deliver success in our co-marketing efforts

- Work with the broader Marketing Team to support the growth of [Employer hidden]’s other account types and relationships

- Contribute strategic ideas for enhancing [Employer hidden]’s proposition and growth efforts

- Live by our core business metrics - aligning our marketing and business efforts as we build on our exceptional growth

What We’re Looking For

- Experience or desire to work in B2C partnership, marketing, sales or similar roles, in a high-performing team and company or agency

- Passionate about social media & content marketing

- Demonstrable understanding of broader marketing channels

- Analytical and likes working out why something worked (or didn’t)

- Strong presentation, organisational and communication skills

- Highly proactive with a willingness and ability to get hands dirty

- Passion for personal finance

- Takes as much pride in seeing their team win as they do in seeing themselves win

- A natural problem solver, and is comfortable asking questions and figuring things out. Isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know”.

How We Work

We’re a lean, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and transparency. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the responsibility to follow through, and the backing of a team that values clear thinking and open dialogue. We believe in solving problems at the root, not just treating the symptoms.

What We Offer

- Hybrid working with 1–2 days a week in our central London office.

- Option to work remotely from anywhere for up to 3 months per year

- A flat structure, open culture, and real autonomy

- Fast-paced learning and meaningful career development

- A passionate team, big ambition, and plenty of room to grow

- The opportunity to help shape the [Employer hidden] brand
