Global HR Project Lead

We’re looking for a strategically minded and holistically thinking Global HR Project Lead with a proven track record in leading high-impact employee initiatives across our global organization.

You understand the rhythm and cycle of creative development or tech innovation such as fast feedback loops, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and ambitious craft- and use your broad HR toolkit to develop solutions in close partnership with our senior leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Shape and run global, strategic projects, harmonizing frameworks across five locations to ensure coherence with our people philosophy, as well as fairness and compliance.
  • Drive performance & development cycles and co-create new elements with the HR Director.
  • Drive global projects within a wide range of areas such as employee relations, compliance, mental health, and organizational change
  • Partner on complex people topics with senior stakeholders - employee relation
  • Lead compensation & benefits processes and practice development of compensation and benefits globally with transparency and equity at the core
  • Provide strategic and practical guidance to leaders and teams on special cases and global initiatives in relation to the above.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned HR professional with 10+ years of experience in multi-country or international organizations.
  • Strong foundation in employment law (other markets a plus) and ability to balance compliance with business needs.
  • Expertise in global / multi-location compensation & benefits and performance & development processes.
  • Skilled at navigating complex, cross-border HR landscapes and partnering with leaders on strategic people matters.
  • A clear communicator and pragmatic problem-solver - culturally aware and comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments.
