Meet Our Client

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join the team supporting a beautiful teenage girl, at her family home in Darlington.

We are seeking individuals who are committed, possess great attention to detail and can ensure her safety, comfort and quality of life. She is home schooled, enjoys activities as part of her day, and loves getting outside when the weather allows. Alongside her clinical care, we’re seeking carers who can help her enjoy these important moments.

As part of this role you will manage our clients clinical interventions including:

  • PEG Feeding
  • Administration of prescribed medications
  • Seizure management
  • 24/7 ventilation support
  • Suctioning and chest physiotherapy
  • Hoisting and personal care
  • Supporting her learning play and daily activities

This is a specialist role and due to her very complex medical needs, you will work closely with the family and existing care team to receive full training in the home.

---

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

---

What You’ll Need

  • 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills

---

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider

Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
