At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.

We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.

We are recruiting compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support children with complex care needs in the Worcester and Leominster areas.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available, including day and night shifts.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within the child’s home. This includes supporting clinical needs such as tracheostomy care, assisting with personal care and daily routines, and encouraging participation in activities they enjoy.

We are seeking caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about working with children and committed to promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Experience in complex care is desirable, but full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s life while joining a supportive, professional, and growing team.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling

- Clear communication skills

- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling

- Reward & recognition programme

- Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support

- Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider

Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.

If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and meet the requirements outlined above, we'd love to hear from you. To apply, please submit your CV through this job board.
