Meet Our Client

We’re expanding our Bury services and seeking compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide overnight support for a happy, calm baby boy with complex clinical needs who enjoys social interaction and watching Mickey Mouse Club.

He is currently in hospital while a dedicated care team is being established to support his safe transition home. Our goal is to help him leave hospital and return to his family, where he can grow and thrive in the comfort of his own home.

His family’s goal is for him to live as independent and fulfilling a life as possible, attending school, enjoying family holidays and outings and, in time, working towards weaning from his tracheostomy.

In this rewarding role, you will provide dedicated one-to-one overnight care, ensuring he remains safe, comfortable, and settled while maintaining a calm, soothing environment and supporting his transition home to his family.

---

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client’s parents have specifically requested female staff only to join their care team.

“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

What You’ll Need

- 3 months’ care experience

- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling

---

What We Offer

- Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends

- Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling

- Reward & recognition programme
