About This Role

Join Our Team of Bank Nurses – Making a Difference Across the West Midlands and Shopshire.

We are recruiting registered nurses to support children, young people, and adults with complex care needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Bank Nurses provide high-quality, personalised care to individuals with long-term or life-limiting conditions, using their clinical skills to make a real difference every day.

This role is varied and offers the flexibility to work hours that suit your lifestyle, family commitments, or personal preferences. You will gain diverse experience caring for individuals in their own homes while being part of a supportive team that values your expertise and dedication.

What You’ll Need

*A valid NMC PIN, held for a minimum of 12 months, and active practice as a Registered Nurse.*Experience supporting children or adults with complex clinical care, including:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilation management
  • Enteral feeding
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
