Join our dedicated team as a Stability Technician / R&D Technician, where you'll focus on conducting comprehensive product stability and compatibility tests, including evaluating attributes like colour, odour, and viscosity. Organizing and assessing stability samples according to ICH guidelines will be an integral part of your role. You'll serve as a vital communication link between our company and clients, handling inquiries, producing protocols, and sharing results. Alongside these responsibilities, you'll ensure the upkeep of our laboratory, order essential raw materials, assist in sample creation, and support our Technical Manager and Chemists in daily operations. While prior lab experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory, as we provide thorough training for the role. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and effective communication are key to succeed in this position.

Job Description: Stability Technician / R&D Technician

Organizing and assessing stability samples according to ICH guidelines will be an integral part of your role. You'll serve as a vital communication link between our company and clients, handling inquiries, producing protocols, and sharing results. Alongside these responsibilities, you'll ensure the upkeep of our laboratory, order essential raw materials, assist in sample creation, and support our Technical Manager and Chemists in daily operations. Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 0900 – 1700 (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product testing for stability and compatibility, assessing factors such as colour, odour, appearance, pH, specific gravity, viscosity, refractive index, weight loss, and pump functionality.
  • Execute flash point and available water tests.
  • Organize and evaluate stability samples in alignment with ICH guidelines.
  • Produce, finalize, and distribute protocols and reports to clients.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients about sample statuses, results, and other related inquiries.
  • Provide support to clients with stability-related questions and concerns.
  • Guarantee all laboratory equipment is accurately calibrated and that the lab environment remains clean and organized.
  • Oversee the ordering of raw materials.
  • Aid in the creation of samples.
  • Assist the Technical Manager and Chemists in their day-to-day tasks..

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Adept at creatively solving problems.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Prior laboratory experience is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Comprehensive training will be provided.
