Job Summary / Overview:
ADSL is a leading cosmetic product laboratory dedicated to creating high-quality beauty and skincare products that enhance the well-being of our customers. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards and adhere to ISO17025 accreditation. As a Quality Manager at ADSL you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of product quality and integrity. You will be responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that our cosmetic products closely adhere to company standards and ISO17025 accreditation requirements. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, data analysis capabilities, and interpersonal skills will be essential in this role.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 0900 – 1700 (9:00AM – 5:00PM)
Role Responsibilities:
- Establishing Quality Standards: Develop and maintain quality standards for cosmetic product manufacturing, ensuring that they align with industry best practices and ISO17025 accreditation requirements.
- Developing Quality Processes and Procedures: Create and improve quality control processes and procedures, ensuring they are well-documented and followed consistently throughout the laboratory.
- Conducting Quality Audits and Inspections: Plan and conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product quality, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent their recurrence.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics, providing insights into areas of improvement and ensuring compliance with ISO17025 accreditation requirements. Prepare detailed reports by collecting data from inspections and other quality-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/ BA) in business administration or a relevant field.
- Proven X years of experience as a quality manager in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- A results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- An appreciation for data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cosmetic product regulations and standards is a plus.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is desirable but not mandatory.
