We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in Bulford, on either a full time or part time basis. If you have previous administration experience and are looking for career progression, this is the role for you!

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in Bulford, on either a full time or part time basis. If you have previous administration experience and are looking for career progression, this is the role for you!

You will play a vital part in supporting our Senior Managers with a range of administrative tasks, including (but not limited to):

  • Managing and coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments in relation to priority
  • Managing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior managers
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Managing and uploading departmental records on our systems.
  • Project administration tasks, such as tracking progress, compiling data, and maintaining documentation.
  • Organising internal and external client meetings.
  • Handling confidential information
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Occasional general administrative support for the wider management team
  • Occasional travel to Larkhill, Aldershot, and Faringdon, to support with operational or management meetings.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous administration or PA experience
  • Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident using Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Self motivated with the initiative to work independently
