Multi Skilled Operative

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our mobile team in the Hampshire and Surrey areas. You will be required to carry out planned project tasks across various commercial sites and MoD sites. The role will involve installing and maintaining fire doors to BM Trada requirements, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms in accommodation blocks and completing office refurbishments.

Ongoing support will be provided by our friendly team, who will offer any necessary training. So if you are looking to expand your skillset, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing tasks including installation and refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms, showers and toilet blocks
• Complete rip out and refurbishment projects efficiently and effectively
• Carry out various works such as decorating, installation of hygienic cladding and groundworks
• Undertale refurbishment and minor works projects

What are we looking for?

• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Previous experience in either a plumbing or carpentry role
• Ability to complete and pass security vetting
• CSCS (desirable)
