Multi Skilled Operative

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join us on a full time, permanent basis, carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects on MoD Housing properties across Aldershot.

If you have experience with windows, roofing, plastering, plumbing and more, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Quality and compliance checks
• Upgrading bathrooms and kitchens
• Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works
• External repairs including fencing and groundworks

Essential:

• Previous multi trade experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Own hand tools
• Ability to pass security clearance

• Salary between £28,000 – £36,000 per annum
