FULL DESCRIPTION
Product Manager - (Business Workflow Transformation)
The Product Manager – Business Workflow Transformation sits at the centre of how Argus operates day to day.
What will you be doing
- Embed with business teams across Argus to build a deep, first‑hand understanding of how work is performed, not just how it is documented.
- Analyse and document end‑to‑end workflows, including informal processes, hand‑offs, exceptions, and decision points, to identify friction, inefficiency, and risk.
- Act as the single source of truth for business workflows, enabling Engineering and Data Science teams to design and deliver solutions by working directly with you.
- Translate workflow insights into clear, high‑value product opportunities, building and maintaining a prioritised backlog of AI agents and automations.
- Define and own prioritisation in partnership with the Head of GenAI Solutions and senior business leaders, balancing enterprise value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Shape delivery from discovery to production, working closely with Engineering and Data Science to define MVPs, iterate on solutions, and ensure they solve real workflow problems.
- Drive adoption and change management, supporting rollout, training, and behaviour change so solutions become part of everyday work.
- Measure impact by tracking adoption, time savings, quality improvements, and risk reduction, and use these insights to guide iteration and future priorities.
- Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders, demonstrating how delivered solutions are improving how Argus operates.
