The role

We’re looking for a Network Development Planner to support our UK Bus Franchising Bid Team in designing efficient, compliant and cost-effective bus networks.

Working closely with the Network Development Lead, you’ll produce timetables, driver duties and rosters, analyse cost and performance impacts, and support high-profile franchising bids that shape future services across the UK.

  • Assess driver and vehicle cost impacts of timetable changes
  • Review schedules to improve punctuality and profitability
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, Local Transport Authorities and consultants
  • Deputize for the Network Development Lead when required

About you

  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Resilient, organized and able to meet challenging deadlines
