PSV Mechanic

The Role

As a PSV Mechanic at Arriva, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our fleet of buses stays safe, reliable, and road-ready. You’ll carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostic fault-finding, and reactive repairs to DVSA and Arriva standards, helping us deliver a clean, efficient, and dependable service to our customers.

This is a critical role in a well-respected engineering team that underpins our operational success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Routine servicing and maintenance of our fleet to Arriva and DVSA standards
• Vehicle fault diagnostics and repairs to ensure maximum reliability
• MOT prep and quality checks
• Proactive contribution to fleet performance and safety
• Shift work as part of a depot rota

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in HGV/PSV maintenance and repair
• A full UK driving licence (max. 6 points)
• Ability to pass a company medical
• Experience in commercial vehicle repair and maintenance
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
