[Employer hidden] Services is currently looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant. The Ideal candidate will be talented, goal oriented and ambitious. Our recruitment consultants will be working in our Offices in North and East London. Candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment within Recruitment to come on board.

#### **Requirements:**

• Hard-working – There is a direct correlation between how hard you work and the results you will achieve
• Organised – Your time is precious, you will be busy, it’s important you can use your time wisely and efficiently
• Resilient – As with all recruitment consultant jobs there will be setbacks, so it’s important not to let anything affect your focus
• Creative – To find new ways of recruiting and finding the best, and often most niche candidates available
• Personable – You will be constantly communicating with people, developing professional relationships and building trust

#### **Part of the role includes:**

• Ability to Work on Own Initiative Is Necessary To Succeed In This Role
