[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is supporting a growing organisation in Bristol to recruit a Real Time Analyst to join their customer operations team. This role plays a key part in monitoring live performance, managing intraday resource, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient service experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring real-time staffing levels and customer demand to optimise performance
• Managing intraday schedules, shrinkage and adherence using WFM tools
• Analysing performance data and making confident operational decisions
• Producing short, medium and long-term resource plans across supply and demand
• Identifying risks to delivery and escalating with clear, practical solutions
• Working closely with operational teams to align resource to customer needs
• Using Excel and planning models to track, update and improve forecasts

Location, salary & benefits

• Office-based role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Bristol office (Lyde Green)
• Salary of £30,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
