Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - HANDS ON ENGINEER =
London (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Are you an experienced IAM professional looking to play a key role in securing a global enterprise?Skills and Experience required:Extensive Information Security experience (8-10 years required)This is a hands-on positionIncident & Access Management (IAM)Privileged Access ManagementSingle Sign‑On, Multi‑Factor Authentication, and Directory Services.Drive IAM compliance activities, including certifications, audits, and operational reviews.Identify and escalate risks, issues, and delivery challenges as needed.Contribute to the ongoing development of IAM strategy, standards, and technology roadmaps.CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, MS Entra SSO/MFA, Active Directory, Entra IDDeep understanding of Access Management technologies: SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, OAuth.Strong experience in Privileged Access Management, including session management and vaulting.Solid understanding of directory services and identity lifecycle processes.Familiarity with key security concepts such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and phishing‑resistant authentication.ITSM frameworks (incident, change, problem management).Ability to script and automate using PowerShell or Python.
