Role Details

We are recognised within the Construction Industry as a provider of top-quality products and services, and are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join us in a newly created position as Head of Sales & Marketing.

This is a permanent position offering an exceptional salary and bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

To help develop and implement Marketing Strategies that will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in line with company objectives.
Manage and guide a team of Technical Sales Managers, Technical Sales Support and Marketing professionals, coordinating their activities to maximise effectiveness.
Financial Management: Strategically plan, oversee, and execute the Budget for Sales & Marketing, aligning expenditures with broader business strategies.

Minimum Job Applicant Requirements

Qualificiations: Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM and/or Marketing Degree
Sales Management experience in a senior position
Construction Industry knowledge and experience
Budget Management experience

Key Factors

Full time position.
Based in our new Nottingham office. Travel within the UK will occasionally be required.
Reporting is direct to the Directors.
