The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of day-to-day activities, implementing effective business strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the showroom, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the showroom and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are always maintained.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain good relationships.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
