Role description
We are seeking an architect to join our team in London who will be working on an exciting portfolio of projects. Someone who is a confident designer and team player, self motivated and takes an innovative approach to design challenges. Great interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Required skills and experience:
- proven experience with technical detailing, construction documentation and contract administration
- a degree in architecture or equivalent from a recognised institution (ARB registration essential)
- strong knowledge of building and planning regulations
- an understanding of the entire construction process
- experience in designing and managing residential projects
- proficiency in MicroStation preferable
- strong project management and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
- demonstrated ability to think creatively and to solve complex problems logically
- familiarity with sustainable and environmental practices for building design and construction is a plus
