Role description

We are seeking an architect to join our team in London who will be working on an exciting portfolio of projects. Someone who is a confident designer and team player, self motivated and takes an innovative approach to design challenges. Great interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Required skills and experience:

  • proven experience with technical detailing, construction documentation and contract administration
  • a degree in architecture or equivalent from a recognised institution (ARB registration essential)
  • strong knowledge of building and planning regulations
  • an understanding of the entire construction process
  • experience in designing and managing residential projects
  • proficiency in MicroStation preferable
  • strong project management and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • demonstrated ability to think creatively and to solve complex problems logically
  • familiarity with sustainable and environmental practices for building design and construction is a plus
