About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Architect to define and own the software architecture for our next-generation Automotive Systems based on Adaptive AUTOSAR. You will be a key driver in translating complex system requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient software designs. You’ll lead the implementation of critical platform components and guide a team of talented engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the software architecture for Automotive Systems leveraging Adaptive AUTOSAR, encompassing middleware integration and platform-level components.
  • Analyze and decompose stakeholder and system-level requirements to create effective software architectures.
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of core Adaptive AUTOSAR platform components, including Diagnostic Manager, Platform Health Management, and related diagnostics functionalities.
  • Design, configure, and implement high-performance C++ embedded software optimized for the Adaptive platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of software solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of AD/ADAS systems solutions, including algorithms, architecture, and design.
  • Strong understanding of software design, build, and integration processes on embedded hardware platforms.
  • Solid grasp of middleware solutions commonly used in Automotive ECUs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Automotive Software Process ASPICE and Functional Safety standard ISO26262.
  • Proven ability in Software and System Integration methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in embedded C++ software development, with a strong focus on Adaptive AUTOSAR.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, software design patterns, and middleware integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of Automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
  • Proven experience architecting and developing C++11/14 applications for Embedded Linux/QNX or other POSIX-compliant operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with software system architecture design, implementation, analysis, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard tools such as Vector DaVinci, CANoe, and Lauterbach debugger.
