- £12.50 per hour - THETFORD - Job Type: Temporary

We are looking for Food Production Operatives

Pay rate £12.50 per hour

Location: IP24 3RY

Shift: 4 on 4 off from 06:00 – 18:00 & 18:00 – 06:00 | 05:00 – 17:00 & 17:00 – 05:00

Mon to Fri from 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00

Immediate start

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is recruiting for several Food Production Operativesto work in a large poultry factory site in Thetford.You will be involved in a variety of tasks including trussing, cooking, bagging and packing of poultry.

The role:

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment, and your duties will be as followed:

  • Packing of customer product as per required specification
  • Basic Quality checks of product
  • General production duties
  • Some lifting of product
  • Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
  • To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
  • This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times
  • General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor

About you:

As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience

  • Can start immediately and are looking for long term work
  • No previous experience needed
  • Able to work up to 12 hours per shift
  • You will be able to travel to
