To help us grow by supporting clients and delivering exceptional insurance administration support.

You might be new to insurance, currently working in personal lines and looking to move into commercial, or already an experienced broker—whatever your background, if you have the drive to succeed, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with our clients to deliver outstanding customer service and administer insurance policies
  • Achieve and exceed realistic targets for renewals, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations while maintaining the highest standards of client care
  • Support clients with queries, policy changes, and advice across a range of insurance products

About You

As one of our Insurance Sales Administrators, you’ll receive full training and support, with the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications such as Cert CII. You should naturally have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Drive and enthusiasm to learn and develop within insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ideally, experience in insurance or financial services (personal lines such as home or motor is a plus)
