Private Client Solicitor – 3+ PQE to Partner Level Locations: Congleton & Macclesfield | Cheshire

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected regional law firm to appoint Private Client Solicitors from 3 years PQE up to Partner level across their Congleton and Macclesfield offices.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive private client team with a strong reputation across Cheshire. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal advice while maintaining a genuinely collaborative and flexible working environment.

The Role You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and tax planning
• Court of Protection matters (desirable)

More senior candidates will also have the opportunity to play a key role in team development, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across core private client work
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
• STEP qualification or working towards (desirable)
• Ambition to progress within a reputable regional firm
