Responsibilities include client consultations, building client loyalty, promoting product sales, mentoring apprentices, and enhancing hairdressing skills through training. Candidates should have 2+ years of shop floor experience, expertise in hairdressing techniques, and excellent customer service skills.

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday) or Part time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke [Employer hidden] hairdressing experience for each client
  • Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
  • Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
  • Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed [Employer hidden] brand
  • Champion the Super brand status of [Employer hidden], actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
  • Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
