The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the real estate and construction industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and networking activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
