The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multitasking. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, supporting various departments, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee payroll processing and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
