Position Overview

As our Warehouse and Logistics Specialist in Milton Keynes, you manage inbound/outbound goods, coordinate logistics, and uphold [Employer hidden]’s quality standards. You’ll communicate regularly with head office to align shipping schedules with global procurement and sales decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of data center equipment, ensuring accurate inventory logs and minimal downtime.
  • Carry out quality checks before final shipments, reporting any discrepancies to the head office procurement lead.
  • Arrange local freight carriers and schedule dispatches according to head office instructions on timing and priority.
  • Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
  • Provide operational updates and monthly stock audits to the finance and procurement teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse or logistics environments—ideally handling IT or electronic goods.
  • Familiarity with stock control systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of cross-border shipping documentation.
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable coordinating with the management team.
