Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Salary: Care Assistant: £12.25 per hour | ⭐ Weekend Rate: £12.95
Hours: 24 hours per week (fixed rolling 2-week shift pattern)

The Opportunity
We are looking for Night Care Assistants to join our dedicated night team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about elderly care, confident in supporting residents overnight, and eager to make a positive difference in a close-knit residential setting.
Care Assistant Night Role: Delivers compassionate, attentive care to residents and supports night-time routines.
