๐Ÿ’ท Salary : Support Worker: ยฃ13.00 per hour Senior Support Worker: ยฃ13.90 per hour (Reviewed annually)

๐Ÿ“… Hours: 36 hours per week (Days)ย 

๐Ÿ”„ Work Pattern: Rotating Mondayโ€“Sunday schedule โฐ Mix of early, late shifts

About the Role

Youโ€™ll be part of a dedicated and passionate team delivering outstanding 24-hour, 2:1 support to a young person in their own home.

With a diagnosis of autism and a learning disability, alongside epilepsy, they require consistent, attentive support to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Your role will be to nurture these interests while creating a safe, structured, and enriching environment where they can truly flourish. You will provide calm, trauma-informed, person-centred care, supporting them to manage their needs safely while promoting positive routines and meaningful experiences.

Youโ€™ll help them develop independence, confidence, and self-worth, empowering them to achieve their full potential within a supportive and understanding team.

Senior Support Workers will additionally: Lead and mentor the team Ensure consistent, high-quality care Support professional development for staff

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Experience supporting individuals in a learning disability or complex needs setting Senior Support Worker applicants should have leadership experience and the ability to mentor staff Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a real difference ๐Ÿš— Driving licence essential (automatic, held for 1+ year) โ€“ youโ€™ll be driving the service userโ€™s vehicle to support community outings and activities.
