Hours: 42 per week (pro rata)

Pay: £12.44/hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized support plans, assisting with daily living and providing emotional support while respecting boundaries.
• Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and privacy.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, administer medication (if competent), and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and use company systems effectively.
• Foster positive communication with all stakeholders and attend required meetings/training.
• Implement strategies to promote independence and community participation.
• Administer, book in/out, and manage medications as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.44 per hour
