Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized support plans, assisting with daily living and providing emotional support while respecting boundaries.
- Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and privacy.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, administer medication (if competent), and respond to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and use company systems effectively.
- Foster positive communication with all stakeholders and attend required meetings/training.
- Implement strategies to promote independence and community participation.
- Administer, book in/out, and manage medications as required.
