Position: Apprentice/Junior Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
Salary: £12.60-£13.70 (depending on experience) per hour (+ tips + tronc + bonus)
Chefs of Stockton Heath! We’re looking for you to join our lively Famiglia for a Part Time position.
We’re searching for someone with a genuine passion for pizza and some kitchen experience, who’s ready to develop their skills as a Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s. With support from our Pizzaiolo Academy and structured training plans, you could become one of the best Neapolitan Pizzaiolos in Stockton Heath.

This role has been mixed, hydrated, and stretched to perfection. We’re looking for passionate Pizzaiolos who enjoy working the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first and most important ingredient in creating the perfect pizza.
What we’re looking for
- A genuine passion for Neapolitan pizza and techniques
- Experience using pizza ovens
- Confidence working with dough – all things dough, dough, dough
- Neapolitan experience, or a strong desire to learn this specialist craft
