This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing and supportive Early Years setting within a thriving school community.
The Role
- Location: Fulham, London
- Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Daily Rate: £95 per day (dependent on experience)
- Start Date: February 2026
You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality EYFS provision, supporting the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning activities. The role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, including tailored assistance for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to ensure all children make strong progress in a safe and stimulating environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or as a Teaching Assistant.
- Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally in a primary school.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Be proactive, patient, and passionate about supporting young learners.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.
